I create unique hand fabricated Jewelry from Silver, Gold, colorful stones, fossils, crystals + coins. Inspirations for my art flow from many sources : some of these include nature, geometry, ancient symbols, architecture, and human anatomy + movement. All my jewelry is handfabricated w/ torches and hand tools using the timeless art of metalsmithing + a variety of techniques in the process. Great attention, detail, precision, and quality materials are combined to create these pieces of wearable art. My intention is that these pieces bring joy, beauty, and positive energy to the wearer.

Robert’s Biography

Robert Riffe has been working as a metalsmith + studio jeweler over 20 years creating Handcrafted Jewelry. Practicing the timeless art of metalsmithing using torches + hand tools to create his *Mystical Crystal Jewelry~ His pieces are mostly made in sterling silver with colorful stones and hand stamped designs + adornments w/ layers of metals. He also likes to add gold accents to many silver pieces to give a distinctive mixed metal jewelry look that blends nicely with the stone cabochons + faceted stones that are centerpieces for his work. Quite a variety of gemstones, minerals + fossils are used in his beautiful + creative pendants, rings, earrings and bracelets. Many of his pendants will have a bit of designer stamping or simple engraving and his silver hallmark (RR) on the reverse side.. just a little something special for the wearer to have close to their heart. He has displayed at many art shows festivals and Galleries over the years. Currently adding more jewelry online + staying busy creating new designs + custom projects for the year 2020. He stills finds great joy in creating in the studio and learning new techniques and exploring many facets of his craft. He has been a teacher at Touchstone Center for the arts in the past + has enjoyed teaching and sharing his passions with others.
